Once the bond is executed, there will be no refunds. If the bond has not been executed refunds will be mailed to the address we have on file at the time of the refund or refunded to the card used in the transaction upon written request. It is the policy of Sharks Bail Bonds to refund any over payment within a 30-day period back to the person who paid the over payment to Sharks Bail Bond. Refunds will be mailed to the address we have on file at the time of the refund or refunded to the card used in the transaction.
